Engine/Powertrain Info:
- Original OEM F20 long block (AP2 valve spring retainers, oil squirters, and valve cover mod installed, Zero oil is burned no matter what you do)
- 240 PSI compression across the board; have not done a leakdown as it behaves like a healthy engine.
- Moroso Oil Pan baffling
- CSF Radiator
- Greddy Emanage w/ an OTS tune just to lower VTEC to 4k and some basic fuel adjustment; been running this for the past 4 years no problems
- K&N Intake (have a cold air and aftermarket airbox/ram style airbox that go with the car)
- 67mm Test pipe
- Greddy Ti-C Single Exit
- OEM clutch/PP/throw out bearing/Pilot bearing done @60k miles
- Oil catch can
- Billman Timing Chain Tensioner
- Megan Racing Engine mounts
- 70a Duro Diff/Trans mounts
- Bunch of random maintenance (Diff/Trans Amsoil fluid every year, IACV, Injectors, Plugs, fuel pressure regulator, valve cover gasket, Belt tensioner, idler pulley, etc)

Interior:
- Stock Seats Installed, but will include PCI fixed mount seat bracket+buddy club lowdown seat brackets for aftermarket fixed bucket seats.
- Eyelets installed for 5 / 6 point seat belts.
- Rockstar Garage Roll Bar (no rear interior, but kept the "glove box"). Do not have the rear interior
- OMP Steering wheel w/ NRG quick release, stock steering wheel/airbag included (Will install if requested).
- Aftermarket head unit + speakers
- Oil temp gauge at the sump pan

Brakes:
- Brake ducts all 4 corners
- Front Wilwood Superlite Calipers w/ 2 piece rotors (have a new set of rings/calipers/DS2000 pads that can go with the car)
- Newer Stock rears w/ DTC30 Pads (Have RX8 caliper rear upgrade + DTC30 to get a vented rotor in the rear that go with the car)
- Willing to install all the new hardware before the owner takes it, but the current set definitely has life left

Suspension:
- Custom Valved Long Stroke Ohlins 16k/15k w/ helper springs
- Poly/Delrin/solid rubber bushings throughout
- Rear Bump Steer Toe Arms
- Small Fortune Racing Front Sway Bar w/ ball bearing mounts

Exterior:
- APR GTC200 wing w/ risers (trunk pulled from junk yard so the paint is slightly off color in the sun, original trunk stored and comes with vehicle is in great shape)
- Chassis Mount Front splitter; has under car aero in that location currently without any blade due to TT classing issues.
- Rolled front fenders
- Zero rust
- Original paint throughout; normal wax at the end of each season.
- Wedsport TC105N wheels 17x9 w/ 255/40/17 RT660. These wheels have fell victim to DTC60 pad dust; they have pad deposits on them for sure. Definitely not show car wheels, but they're the limited edition blue (look like black most of the time)

Everything works on the car Heat, AC, soft top, etc. For being basically a track only car it is in pretty fantastic condition.
