1. Promotion Period: The Racebuilds™ Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is a weekly sweepstakes running from 12:01 AM Eastern Time on Monday and ending on 11:59 PM on Sunday on the dates set forth in the chart below (each, an “Entry Period”). NON-WINNING ENTRIES IN AN ENTRY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR OR ROLLED OVER TO SUBSEQUENT ENTRY PERIODS.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Racebuilds Inc., 143 East Ridgewood Ave., #1595, Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia except Rhode Island. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Valid proof of age will be required to collect any prize. Employees of the Sponsor and Sponsor’s affiliates, promotion agencies, judging agencies and other representatives (and the immediate families and household members of each of the foregoing) are not eligible to win.
4. Prizes: A weekly winner will receive $100 in cash, payable through Paypal or Venmo. Any and all federal, state and local taxes, and any other related expenses on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be awarded within ten (10) days after the winner is verified and receipt by Racebuilds from the winner of any documentation required. Maximum total value of all prizes during the Promotion Period is $400. Prizes are not transferable. Paypal and Venmo are third party payment facilitators independent of Racebuilds and Racebuilds is not responsible for prizes that are not received if payment was sent to the Paypal or Venmo account provided by the winning entry.
5. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
   1. Method #1 – List one or more car parts for sale with Racebuilds during an Entry Period and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each listing made for that Entry Period. Listings are subject to Racebuilds Terms of Service which can be found here.
   2. Method #2 – Complete the entry form, which can be found here, and mail it to us. Each envelope must be received by the time and date for the Entry Period indicated in the chart above. All information in the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified from entry. Racebuilds is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete entries. Proof of mailing an entry is not proof of receipt.
   BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS. NON-WINNING ENTRIES IN AN ENTRY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR OR ROLLED OVER TO SUBSEQUENT ENTRY PERIODS.
6. Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings to be conducted on or about the Entry Period Drawing Dates indicated above from among all eligible Entries entered within the corresponding Entry Period. All random drawings will be conducted by RANDOM.ORG, whose decisions are final and binding. Each drawing is a separate and distinct Sweepstakes and no Entries from one Entry Period will be considered for drawings for other Entry Periods.
7. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email. Racebuilds is not liable for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received for any reason. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their entry and contact information is current and accurate so that they may be contacted by Racebuilds if selected for a prize. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) business days or if the prize is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, then such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Racebuilds will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.
8. Odds of Winning: The actual odds of winning will depend on the actual number of eligible Entries received for each Entry Period.
9. Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably grants the Sponsor and its successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrant’s name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation, notification or permission in perpetuity and hereby release the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability with respect thereto.

10. Limitation of Liability: Racebuilds is not responsible for (i) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omission, interruptions, deletions, defect, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for deletion, theft, destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries (ii) failed or unavailable hardware, network or software, (iii) causes beyond Racebuilds’ reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, (iv) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, (v) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising relating to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize winners, or (vi) cheating or fraud by any entrant. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, in no event shall Racebuilds be responsible for, and entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree not to seek and waive all rights, if any, to punitive, incidental, indirect, special and/or consequential damages associated with any claim arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

    If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Racebuilds that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Racebuilds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the end date of any Entry Period, the prize for such Entry Period will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received in such Entry Period prior to the date/time of termination. Thereafter, no further drawings will be conducted and no further prizes will be awarded. Racebuilds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Racebuilds’ failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

    By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, defend and hold Racebuilds harmless and its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from and against any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, and/or use/misuse of a prize (if awarded to them). By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges that Racebuilds has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof.

11. Venue/Governing Law: By participating, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal and state courts located in the State of New York, (ii) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations or the obligations of Racebuilds in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
12. General: By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to abide by and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Racebuilds, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements not contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY RACEBUILDS WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RACEBUILDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Winners List: A list of the prize winners will be published on https://www.facebook.com/racebuilds.official and https://www.instagram.com/racebuilds.official.
